I totally understand the self neglect. Its easy to fall into a rut of not taking care of yourself when you are caring for others. Weight Loss and Exercise will certainly boost the mood. Manicures and Pedicures make me happy. Keep it up!
I'm so glad I'm losing weight. I'm needing to exercise, but I'm spending lots of time trying to keep my 1/4 acre lawn under control while my gas-powered lawm mower is out of commission. I am using a reel-type mower and a weedeater.
Really wanting to do my nails now that I am in bare feet or sandals so much. Pedicures are more satisfying because they last me longer and they REALLY make me feel better about my feet. Still using "flexitol" heel balm! It's the only thing that works for me so far, as my heels would be cracking open and bleeding if I left them to themselves.
